The squad just not good enough. Forwards lack punch, backs lack pace. Chuck in a lazy defence and surprised it's not a greater margin tbh.

It's the lazy defence that's the issue, so many players make poor decisions or weak efforts like Lane.

He has to be dropped, really really poor start to the season, lives off a couple of good runs a season. Not big or strong enough.

Reminds me of the mid to late 90s at the Boulevard. Not a single game breaker in there and a pack that just doesn't cut it. Cuts in playing budget quickly manifesting themselves.
