I dont have a problem with sitting in another stand, but if you give HKR almost 3 sides the ground will be half empty.

Think we have. I thought you meant all tickets would be given to the respective club shops for sale.
Still think it would be asking a lot for the Rovers shops to handle - more than a usual "away" allocation.

Well I don't see the attendance being more than 15,000 anyway.
Rovers have been pulling in around 7,000 at CP and there are bound to be plenty that will be against their club playing a home game in West Hull.
You won't get 13,000 Hull FC fans paying on the day, the Cup and playoffs in recent years prove that supporters of all clubs are less likely to chose to do that these days.

Not at all! Point out where I've made any such "demands". I've merely said it would be sensible - not least from a financial aspect (which is, after all, the whole reason for the escapade).
What I am cynical about is whether Hudge will take the sensible option or the one which would give most satisfaction to his "small minded" mentality, for which he does have some considerable previous.
As for me - as I pointed out some three hours ago on the Rovers board - I'll be there wherever I'm sat, I attend all away matches. Bit sad not to go in the Golf stand again, though.

| Any animosity could easily be avoided by pearson being transparent about any financial benefits to Hull and by hudgel being sensible and offering Hull fans the east and south stands. Anything else will result in the gate being significantly down on what it might otherwise be.
Also, he can't charge different prices for different parts of the ground for home and away fans as it will just end up with HUll fans buying tickets in the rovers stands.
If he has even half a brain he'll give Hull the south and east stands and charge £20 for east/west and £15 for north/south. Would get 20k if he did IMO

I agree with that, but then you wouldnt want to restrict the number of tickets Hull can sell (by just allocating north andpart of upper west). I would think that Hull could sell 10,000ish and Hull KR 8,000ish (inc passholders)

| Hull fans will turn out for the game at KC Stadium because they will get to see the game .
and there will be no big rush for tickets plus the game is on Sky.its about time this game against Rovers was switched
To the KC Stadium more fans get to see the game it should have been done years ago.ps I was going to give this game a miss if it had been at Poorhouse Road .But now I will go to the game at KC Stadium

Why priority purchase, it's an away fixture?

| If this game isn't due to get more than 20k, is there any point in opening the upper tier?
West and North to Rovers, East and South to Hull. Simplez.

30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Not that I think it will be particularly required for this fixture but I think (and I could well be wrong) that as a Rovers season ticket holder I get priority purchase for the away game at the KC.
Bot Hull clubs can benefit from this, it's up to our respective boards to ensure that we do.

I understand all the aurguments that have been put forward on here but I dont care about financial benefits to Hull FC - My interest is my financial benefits. I do not care were I sit in the Stadium (I never do by the way) as long as I pay the same as a Rovers PASSHOLDER. They can take the whole of the East Stand as far as I am concerned but any Hull Supporter should pay exactly what they paid per match for Craven Park. I have not a clue how much it costs to watch at CP but I will check this out before paying to watch their Home game at the KC.

I'm wounded. I really am.
I've always promoted the Golf stand - said on numerous occasions I've become inordinately fond of the barnacle-encrusted wreck - and have [ialways[/i suggested Hull fans visit CP with a half-decent chance of enjoying the match by buying tickets for it, despite the fact that that would would put desperately needed sovereigns in the poisoned-one's coffers.
You're a horrid old cynic. Bloody awkward, too.

But there are plenty who will care. I'm not talking about what is right or wrong, but if he wants to maximise income he needs to get the Hull fans interested
