Exactly, what we saw on Friday was basic stuff ie catching a ball which every player knows how to do. I don't see how agar can get the blame for that. I do think we may need a change for the good of the club, but Friday wasn't down to agar.

How is it that Peter Sharp, as coach of Hull FC had a winning record against Leeds of played 5, won 4 lost 1, Joh Kear won the Challenge Cup against Leeds at Cardiff, yet Richard Agar is yet to win against them, in 9 attempts? Sharp, even with the loss of Crooke, managed to get the team into the playoffs and came a last minute Richard Horne held short to playing a Grand final eliminator against Leeds, yet was binned for a coach that has manaaged so far 11th, 12th, 6th. If wasn't for Crusaders and Wakefield having points deduction, he'd be rock bottom of this seasons super league

Talking of Kear, and playoffs, remember last game of the season where we lost to Warrington, and the following game, away at Warrington,(with Andrew Johns) we gave them a good hiding. Agar had his chance last season with Leeds in the cup, after getting stuffed at Headingley. what was the result, we got stuffed again. The guy simply doesn't have the skills to define a gameplan to neutralise the oppositions strengths. Look at them vs Rovers at cardiff first game. He openly admitted he'd been watching the video of how rovers play and their so called attacking plays, and what was the result once Rovers got decent ball, we got stuffed.

I've been reading this thread and have to admire you for sticking to your guns on this subject, even through some considerable stick. But I have to say about the reaction of the crowd at the end of Friday's game, I haven't heard anything like that in all my 30+ years of supporting the club. There's no way of arguing about that I'm afraid.

i dont hate mr agar at all btw but he could work 24 hours a day seven days a week but that does not make him a head coach worthy of our great club.only results on the pitch can do that .
