The fact they interviewed Folkes as well.

Brown and Robinson are not a 'great' half back pairing IMO.
Otherwise I agree with your point.

They work hard for one another, and the team seem to know what plays are on.
They'd walk into FC's side.

I'd walk into FC's squad at the moment.
They do a job, but they are a fair way short of being great. They just look great compared to what we have.
Hodgson is their key player rather than their halves.

Hmm, a solid back pairing and a creative full back, if only that was an option for FC.

“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

They would be useless behind a beaten pack, in the first five games of this season our pack competed and our very average half backs did enough to get us over the line, when the injuries hit and our pack stopped competing thats when our halves stopped being usefull not to mention us having to split them up on numerous occasions.
And a few are saying this isn't Browns side but he was appointed before the end of last season and Huds made 11 new signings this year go figure.
he might not have signed them all but i bet he had a good few tapes on the new signings and a full off season with the team.
I would also like to see what he would do with the injury list we have.
Not doubting he is one of the top coaches in the game but you cant coach without the talent available and Huds have not had anywhere near the injuries we have had.
But of course thats the coaches fault.

No team whoever the coach is can cope with the luck we have had. Even the mighty Saints are having a bit of trouble aren't they?

If you are not part of the solution then you are more likely part of the problem...: |

Cannot argue with that at all. Saints miss a handfull of big game players and struggle big time.
No coincidence.

End of the season is when it matters though. Injuries kicked in late in the season. Semi final losers and no grand final will make it a poor year for Saints...IMO.
