Totally agree with that. I was a little confused/concerned at his signing but hoped to be proved wrong but I wasn't. It is quite clear that he wasn't good enough for Hudds and he is way below par for us. Lee and Houghton are doing fine at hooker so I would say that putting Berrigan at SH is our only real option.
DDD got it right last night when he said to Agar " I thought Thorman was a good signing, I was wrong" |

said that as well last night, at least when he did play he made a difference
and I too would like to see Berrigan given a go at 7, he can't be any worse, and at least he can kick and has pace. |

Wire didn't play that differently to us, they just had a far superior kicking game which gave them masses of possession in our half.

I don't think there's a snowballs chance in Hell that Thorman will be dropped because the cupboard is well and truly bare. I know i'm repeating what's been said a thousand times already but i've got to get it off my chest. Thormans display at scrum-half was a total disgrace, his kicking game not even worthy of being called a joke. One positive thing that came out of last night was the half-time cross bar challenge. There was clearly some talent on show. Should we talk to the 9 yr old Wire lad who won his mum and dad a mini- break, with a good contract offer a bit of charm and a slice of luck, we could have in in the side by next week. |

In the 1st 10mins last night,the mercurial Thorman touched the ball TWICE......if he is the organiser in the team...surely he should want the ball more than twice.
