Sao must have been given the all clear from eye clinic as well then.He was in there at 1pm when we got there yesterday and the mrs was quite fast with her appointment and we was out by 1-50 and he was waiting to go and see someone else.

Yeah I think it's time Charles was taking out of the firing line for a bit if we can piece a team together without him. It leaves us short at 9 though if Smith has to drop into the halves.
Also with the academy securing a semi final place it would be good for them if Charles can slot back in and help them with the championship push.

Based on recent form, this looks like a match-up between currently the two worst teams in SL (with Huddersfield not too far behind).
We have already beaten them once this year, and possibly should have won the first meeting earlier in the year.
Leeds look dreadful from what I've seen of them in recent weeks, especially given the squad they have to call on. They seriously don't look much better than us which, in 2024, is about as big an insult as it comes!!
Having said that, I would not back us against anyone right now. Even after the club's worst season in sixty years (possibly ever) we have still managed to play out our annual Aug/Sept slump, when you thought we possibly couldn't fall any further!
Leeds by twelve I'm afraid. Thank God it's nearly over, it can't come quick enough for all of us I suspect.
