| Quote: ccs "What a (very) strange and worrying interpretation.
If all passholders attend there will be no income from the games, if no passholders attend then those that go will have had to pay (like walkups).'"
I understand your thinking, but if no structure is in place before limited attendance fixtures, and your hoping for cash paying customers, the club would be at risk of losing the patronage of its most valued members in the future, who have already committed payments.
I suppose they could allow 3000 pass holders, and sell 3000 tickets, Unprecedented circumstances.

I'm not suggesting passholders should be limited, far from it, all I'm saying is the club will lose money if only passholders attend.
Hardly rocket science.
No way will the club sell tickets and prevent passholders from attending.

Oh I see, so your saying pass holders should “for the good of the club” give up their seats for paying customers.

I probably misunderstood your reply earlier to Armavinit,
If all pass holders attend, no income, if walk ups attend then income.
Not crazy, just misinterpreted.

Surely the income is already paid in from members, that money is helping to prop the club up in advance of actual games. That's part of the reward of getting discounted tickets, like buying in bulk at a retailer, you benefit from a lower per item price by buying all the product in one go and before you use them.
So members whom have paid in advance absolutely should get precedence over 'walk ups', I don't see how this should be any other way.

Neither do I, just an earlier misunderstanding in the thread.

it was the 'no income' if only those with memberships were attending in your comment that made me reply, if that was due to previous confusion apologies.
it's commendable to those paying upfront no matter the outcome, but no-one should be left out of pocket even if they can afford it. Some may well be happy for the club to keep any excess if they aren't able to offer a seat for all the games, however a rotating arrangement for full members whom have paid up front would be a fair way to allow people to attend.
With some not being able to make games possibly the maximum number may not even be attained, I wonder if there's an easy way/system that could connect to other fans to attend if those allocated a spot notified in advance they couldn't attend for a particular game.

| I am a passholder and am classed as extremely vulnerable, have had the vacine but would probably not be confident enough to attend. There must be many others in the same position. The club could maybe ask passholders to register their intensions to full advantage of the restrictions.

I think it would be sensible to ask for 'volunteers' who can't or don't want attend to inform the club first, people will be booking a lot of Holidays too. Then the rest of passholders who want to go would have to be put in a ballot, with those who missed out on one game getting priority for the next game.

| It'll be organised chaos anyway, roughly 3 out of 4 passholders will have to be allocated a different seat.

Can be done by assigning fans a block and making seats unreserved but advise you have to sit so many seats and rows away from the next household/bubble group. And give set timeslots for arrival, if you're late you're not going in.
Some will still go wandering about to sit with their mates they've haven't seen for ages though, it'd be very hard to Police.

| Does any one know what we have to pay the Allam’s?
I thought we had the original deal of keeping the revenue from the first 7,500 fans and then share 50% on all gate revenue above that with the SMC?

| I rely to your enquiry we do pay a percentage deal on every ticket sold but in addition when we closed the North Stand as an away end it was because we were being charged an extra £30,000 to keep it open if I remember correctly and I believe the same went for the South end as well, I think we maybe pay that to keep that open now. Their argument being that we could get our full average gate in the other two sides. But my memory might be wrong on that one.
