I don't understand the confusion. The LLS has always been awarded after the completion of the league programme and before the knock out play offs.

Points are carried forward for the top 8 into the Super 8s so why would the LLS be handed out with a third of the season left?

In all honesty I haven't noticed that but then I don't spend that much time on here these days.

But this is only the second season where the"normal" league season becomes the "super 8`s" and given that we were no where near the top last season not everyone took much notice of when the trophies were handed out.

Plus at my age memory plays tricks on you.

Well better not post anything that's my opinion as it's irrelevant then. There's me thinking this is a forum to discuss things and that's my opinion on the subject. I knw the answer to the question as does the original poster I was simply stated I don't agree with it as it is now handed out at a different time to previous yrs ( apart frm last ). Fine if you don't agree with my point , expect many but if no one offered there opinion on any of these threads it would be a boring and pointless forum

I am loving the accusations of stupidity when some cannot recognise that 7 remaining games out of a 30 games season is less than a quarter rather then a third

Clearly some people are more stupid than others. I mean who comes to the conclusion that the final 7 games of a 30 game season constitutes 1/3 of the total games played.

So is the LLS awarded after this weekend?
