| Quote *1865*="*1865*"Thought he did pretty well. Certainly the go-to man on last tackle. Was on the shoulder of the runner more often than not and looks like he has a decent step. Watching him today, I think he's a 6 rather than a centre.'"
But thats exactly what we need.None of our current halfs back up the runner or are alert to off loads.
We have a lot of offload potential in the side for 2016.Backing up and being alert around the off load player is an area we really need to work on.

| Doesn't look like he's a centre at all to me. Seems a strange decision for us to shoehorn him in there. They'll be using washbrook as back up hooker next

| I can't see Carlos being used in any position other than centre unless we pay off Pryce. Either way from what I saw of him previous he looks very handy so if centre is where he's going to play so be it, in a way it hopefully might balance the backs. I don't think the imbalance of quality is as bad as some think, it's what is instilled in the team and the game plan that has been letting us down.

He played as he has become in the NRL- an average reserve grade performer with no particular skill set.
Obviously the Hull coaching team have plans for him but his defense needs major improvement and he is not pacey.
Will be interesting to see how his game develops next year.

Incidentally your assessment of Souths this season was spot on. I said a while back on here that it would be the' Year of the Cowboy'.

| Tuimavave is definitely more a 6 than a centre and I would think he'll be sharing the role with Pryce with the idea of him taking over season after.
Has a decent kicking game but does lack pace. Saw a game a couple of months ago where he intercepted a pass but soon got run down ala Whiting.
Fonua is just as much at home at centre as he is on the wing so would like to see him given a run there, probably with Talanoa as his wing partner.

As you say he is definitely a 6 and I can't believe we signed him to play at centre.
I think we'll see Pryce getting less game time next season and hopefully we will have a good look at Carlos at stand-off.

I liek Pryce and has a lot to offer on and off the pitch, but we need be building for the future, so that has to be Carlos and Sneyd. Pryce can be used to slot in at halfback, FB, Centre or LF, when we have injuries.
Fonua and Logan in the centres would be my first choice.
Wings are a bit of a concern as we have 4 wingers, but they are either inexperienced or lack pace.
