| The challenge cup predictions are silly, you need some luck and what it you draw Leeds away first round and have loads on injuries.
As others have said at least 6th, but be closer to the 4 for a real crack at the play offs. Leeds and Wigan should be top two, but don't think Leeds will be as strong, Sinfield and Peacock are massive for them and it depends if they sign a hooker or not. I reckon we have a really decent chance of the top 4.

Get what your saying about cup predictions Dave, but, nothing wrong with making it a real focus/goal from the start and making every sure every cup game is approached with a 'cup final' attitude.
Think most would agree finishing top or winning the GF is highly unlikely so in reality the CC is the only silverware to go for? In which case I want to see us spill blood in ever round trying to win it.
Granted Leeds away in 1st round may potentially ruin it anyway!

| success would definately be top 4
would be expecting a top 6
anything less would be disappointing
not making the 8 would be failure
can't include the cup in this as a good run can depend on the luck of the draw

Surely by definition winning against SL opposition in the cup is what should be expected/classified as success no? Losing before getting to at least a semi final would be seen as failure, to look at it any other way is either defeatist or having no faith in the squad/coach

| That team should definitely be in top 4 and by round 6 and we are doing crap then RL should go. we don't deserve to have those players if the coach can't make something of them. This will be his 3rd year and to be honest I can see no different to this year. To finish in Super 8 will be like this year. Great players does not make a great team unless you play as one.

| We need a good solid start to our league campaign next year.
Winning only 2 from 8 this season left us behind the eight ball with ground to make up which made it really difficult for us.

Totally agree and the sad thing is had Hull started better they would have been up there still now contending as others were unusually poor such as Wire and Cas//Hudds/Cats at times.

We didn't have the easiest of the draw early doors, but still, it wasn't good enough.
Need to build momentum. Get the fans onside. Make the KC as difficult a place for away sides to come too as possible.
Radders and the players were under pressure after that poor start.
Think they deserved some credit for actually getting us into the 8 after such a shoddy start.
Top 6 minimum for me next season otherwise I'd show him the door same as I would have done if we hadn't made the 8 this year.

Yep, pretty much bang on.
After nilling Huddersfield it is a real shame the side didn't kick on but no point worrying now. Despite the doom and gloom merchants Hull have a great squad for next season, a good off field set up including coaches (no need for another bashing of the staff here) and some great Academy prospects ready to take their chance in the first team as so many have before them recently.
It is easy to blame Pearson for rolling out the same spin every season, and looking back it is probably justified but for once I actually think next year could be the one here Hull compete at the high end of the table and the smiles come back.
If that does not happen I think Radders will be the first to hold his hand up and fall on his sword.

I can hear the howls of derision from our more pessimistic forum members.
Also think and hope we could have a decent season next year.
I want Radders to succeed.
I like him.

Me too, I love the whole 'Team Hull' thing and if it worked it would be an amazing thing for not only Hull but the sport in general to see a squad and staff list made up of lads who understand the importance of the club in this area.
Plenty are gonna take some convincing though!!!

| We have to improve our home form. We currently have just five wins from twelve this season which is poor.
Away from home in 2015 we have a better record than Wigan and Cas and as good as Saints. A better home record this year and we would have been pushing the top four.
