Wasn't there rumoured to be the same problems with Gentle regarding the way we play, not understanding it & not wanting to play for him. I don't think Radford is up to the job but if this is the case of player power & not playing for him then how many coaches are we going to go through before they find one they don't mind?

Starting to think the reason Gentle and McRae went was money.

Pearson is letting personal pride cloud his judgement.

He dug his heels in so hard about Radford he knows he looks a fool now if he sacks him.

As a successful business man I would have thought he would be able to make those difficult decisions?

No point no anyway, season is over, hopefully he will do what's needed during the break. Regardless of where we finish we won't be relegated, I'm confident of that, but like every year for the last 8 it's now about next season.

If he gives Radford next season, I fear by round 7 we will be in a dogfight again.

They are contractors who should play to the best of their ability. If they don't it's partly the Coach's fault and partly their own lack of professionalism. I suppose at least we did better at Leeds that Saints did.

If all these players were available on a free, there would be lots of interest from top 4 teams for all of these players.

I've been reflecting on this interview for a while before posting as I found it to be quite strange. I know that Adam is a businessman who has no real emotional connection to the club and that all his decisions have to be viewed in this light.

What I can't understand is his continuing insistence that it's all down to the players, fans, him, and that LR is absolved of any Blame.

Sure, he may be reluctant to sack him due to financial pressure but there comes a point (and IMPO we have passed it) that it becomes a sensible business decision to put him on gardening leave and appoint a new coach, no matter what the financial situation. Otherwise he stands to lose more in lost revenue than he would from sacking LR.

It just doesn't make rational sense.

A sensible post in my opinion,which epitomises what a lot of our fans feel.
