Here we go again. Hasn't taken long has it? One game in a new set up and he's not good enough. I thought he had reasonable game and OK he did miss a couple of chances to put his winger away. Other players made errors of judgment as well and they're not being criticised are they? For goodness sake give the kid a few games and then judge him. He deserves that because you can't fault him for his effort, commitment and loyalty to the club and his team.

He's not a "kid" and he's certainly not earned his corn in the last few years. Just because he's loyal is no reason to keep a player.

Personally, I'd use him as a backup second-rower.

You mentioned missed chances to put Talanoa clear but what about the pathetic attempt to tackle Kelly which resulted in a try and he did nothing to help Talanoa with the kick to the corner for another try.In this case if he had been more aware he actually could have taken the high ball or at least shielded Talanoa.
I have no doubt he will start at Huddersfield but his mistakes seemingly don't count and he gives us no attacking threat which is what we need.

Yeamo has had his day and offers little these days. Has been a wonderful player and Servant to the club but now he needs to earn his spot. Sentiment wins nothing so if he's off form he needs to be dropped.

He should start v Hudds simply because Micheals hasn't played yet and Logan's only played v Donny and questions still over his defence and Hudds have big centres.Once Micheals match fit and Yeamans still not performing then he comes in.

correct. we should only replace him if it turns out that we have better in the squad, and we don't know how michaels will turn out as he hasn't played a game for us yet

Totally agree you don't pick players for being loyal. It must be on ability every time. Who at the moment, who is available , is better than him?. We haven't seen Michelles? play yet. If he turns out to be better. He should play.Logan isn't ready yet.
I just believe Yeaman deserves more respect than he is getting.

Regards the tries in the corner. I didn't have a clear view because I sit in the west stand near the south stand end. I saw two perfectly timed runs to catch the ball. I did say at the time how difficult the high ball is to defend by the man standing waiting for the ball and we need to improve our method of defending that situation.

I agree I think Yeaman does get some unfair stick and now we have Sneyd and Pryce i believe we will see a lot more from him ,lets be honest he has not had the best of service .His defence is strong and does give a real good dig in the tackle.Until we see how Michaels plays we dont really know if he is a better option and Logan needs more game time IMO
