Wonder if he'll stay on as assistant coach? He seems perfectly suited to coaching. Is he likely to want to stick around in Hull after the end of this season if he had a job?

That was my thoughts, seems him and PG have a good relationship and respect for each other.

Sounds like he brought a great attitude and mental toughness to the team, which can't be a bad thing.

However I do think he has tried to push his body a year too far.

His wife is telling people they are going home, so don't think he'll be on the coaching team for us next year.

Sad way to end a career and I wish him well for the future. The memory I'll keep of him is that goal-line tackle on Jason Poore (IIRC) at the KC.

That had TRY written all over it and should be required viewing of how to defend on your line.
