| thought the effort was there today,we came back from 12 0 nil down against a saints team who looked up for it and defended very well, yes its dissappointing to have the point lost in the last 2 min,but to say is there trouble in the camp? get a grip, we are joint 4th with a game in hand, some on here just love to find the negatives,

| I thought Saints defended well considering the amount of possession we had . Today we looked flat , Slow , and void of any ideas within Saints 10 . Agar must have taken the training this week as we went back to the same game plan as last year and how many "drop offs " can you squeeze into 1 game.

Yes, I think you are. We are just going through a bad spell at the minute.

| I noticed at one point, walking back before a kick off, think it was horne's try, that Seymour was talking to Manu and Russell giving them a right gobful and then Horne suddenly turned around and, appeared to snap something at Seymour, at which point Radford came in and appeared to shut them both up. Considering theyre supposed to be a pairing this just isn't acceptable and any tensions need to be sorted out.

we thought manu was giving houghton a gobful for constantly going down the same route at the ptb and constantly ignoring our left side! maybe seymour was telling houghton to do so!?

| We didn't fire in attack, they really clamped down our left side, Shenton and Soliola doing a great job on Manu. After being 12 points down I am happy with a point when we didn't play that well.
Defence held up fairly well again, the only disappointment was that we kept on with the same tactics of driving in at the ruck which wasn't working. Losing Sharp early and having to rearrange the interchange/team didn't help.
We are joint 4th in the league with a lot of players to come back. Some people are so negative.

| Don't buy all this problems in the camp/McRae is causing unrest BS. We are going through a patch where it just isn't clicking as much as it could, that's all. Win at Wakey and we'll still get 5 points from the possible 8 that Gentle was after.

Wigan are out on their own atm, the top 8 is near enough decided and can all beat each other on their day, hopefully our 'easier' last few games will see us go into the play offs in a bit of form.

| There was lots of talk and head shaking going on. It was probably born out of frustration but it was hardly constructive. They definitely looked flat and nervous at the start and that seemed to turn to recrimination when Sts went 12 points up. an't help but think that the contract stuff is a distraction at least.

This is what I meant when I started the thread, the body language today looked all over the place, yet just 3 weeks ago we looked like a lean, mean RL playing machine!
