Benji Marshall and Jonathan Thurston rolled into one...

Seriously he moves us around the park..he tackles above his size..he has a good kicking game..and he's staying fit and playing most weeks..Im happy so far..

I thought our kicking game was quite average tonight.

As is being said, he needs a better partner and then he might be. I don't think many sides in SL have 2 genuinely top drawer halves, personally. Only Catalan IMO.

Thought he had a very good game and showed we have good strength in that position now. Just need to strengthen in other areas. Some people expect too much from a single player. Tomkins, Thurston, Marshall and Slater are freaks and few and far between.

He's an organiser, who tackles anything can run the ball in and not fall apart in the tackle and can kick well. What are people expecting of him to have the flair of Shaun Johnson? I'm actually happy with him as our 7 and is the better of the two from out half backs. Another game were Horne gets the ball and slows the play down.

Yes, he might be. He might not though.

He is better than what we've been used to, but then I'd be an improvement on Thorman and Long spent more time in the stands than on the pitch.

We are halfway through the season and he's only dominated one game.

Dominated one game? Is that a fact?

Absolutely. I'm starting to lean towards will be, though. Individually I think he's starting to look at least as good as several halfbacks at top 4 clubs.

Thought he played well tonight. We are much better when we actually have the ball with him at 1st receiver rather than playing left and right pivot.

Was horne playing tonight?

Haven't bothered to keep count, but I do know he's had plenty of very good games some average games and will even had 1 or 2 poor games. He's not a world class player so I don't expect him to dominate every game. Does Thurston dominate every game?

Why doesn't Horne manage to dominate games? It shouldn't all be down to Seymour.
