Grew up with Danny spot on kid. Heart and mind is in the right place too. Think if he stay's injury free which hopefully with the right training and conditioning this year we might start to see much more of him. I had heard that he has impressed Gentle a little more than Ellis too which i found rather interesting. Great for competition on Squad places. I also found Gentle's comments interesting too wiith regards to he will only at a last resort within a match play someone out of position and the fact each player had been sat down individually and discussed where they wanted to play.

Really looking forward to this Season. Even with a team Gentle hasn't signed.

Pre seasons enough though Coddy, he also played a few games at the end of the season.

Sounds like Gentle's a lot more friendly to the kids than Agar ever used to be from these interviews and speaking to a couple of the young players, having the full club training together once a week, and speaking to them more than he ever did.

Gentle strikes me as a humble thoughtful individual who wants the players to get the accolades.

I'm guessing the players that liked Agar are the ones that were happy about not having to fight for their place in the team every week.

One of the most pleasing aspects (Amongst Many) is the noises coming from the youngsters at the club. This is so refreshing to hear. It's like a breath of fresh air for the fans, god knows what it's like for the up and coming players at the club.

It says absolutely everything that was wrong about Agar. He was out of his depth.

We might be surprised at what some of these young players have to offer. Sounds to me to be more like Saints where the replace an injured player with the next available player in that position regardless of age. No more shifting players around.
