id also like to see a england under 20s team introduced, the aussies and kiwis play each other very often at this age and its a very very good standard highlights on the well known video site. having the knights under the first team playing nations like france, samoa, png ect is fantstic but i think to even improve the pathway lets introduce a under 20s tri nations

I'm uncertain on Atkins due to how he was shown up in last year's 4N's. It was pretty bad.

Then again, I thought that Shenton was awesome in the 4N's but he's had a quiet season.

Yeaman I'm unsure of; he's had a good season but still occasionally rushes out of the line and misses.

I think I would have Bridge at right-centre.

I haven't seen enough of Reed to comment on him, but he sounds a good prospect.

I don't think that Welham's defense is good enough for international, even though he's good in attack.

If Watkins gets another season under his belt without injuries I'd say that he could be in with a shout next year.

IMO he is the most over rated player in SL there is all this talk of how he is going to be 'the next big thing' but I just don't see it.

An Under 20s series is definitely the next logical step towards the international development of the game.

I can fully appreciate the reason for Yeaman's popularity on here, and I agree he is a good centre.

However, surely if we are picking a side on form, then Atkins as to be a shoe-in at number 4??....Yes, he had a torrid time last year, but he has come on again this season, and in the last month looked very impressive.

Saying that, the names being put forward here as potential Tri-Nations centres, simply show that at international level, the three-quarters are the one area where we are truly a million miles behind the Aussies and Kiwis.
