they are rarely announced that much in advance, possibly totally unrelated - granted.

Think they are totally unrelated mate. If last season is anything to go by when i was involved the seasons dates for fans forums will already be in the calender.

then why not announce them, give people who don't live in Hull and surrounding areas a chance to plan?

From memory aren't they usually announced 6-8 weeks in advance?

The next forum (Wednesday 26th January) will have been announced exactly 5 weeks prior (Wednesday, December 29th, 2010) .

So how can they know about performances 5 weeks in advance??

It's not like they see us win on a Friday night then quickly announce the Forum for the following Tuesday!!

They can't! People love to moan. FACT!

What you on about? people like you come on here pontificating,when I were a lad we had summat to moan about,you try living in a cardboard box,and getting up half an hour before you go to bed.

Unannounced, but arranged well in advance, you don think we just turned up at hull truck, or the ferry a week before the forum on the off chance they have a slot spare do you?

That aside, the format since the three a year has been before, middleish of season and after.

If it were left to the club maybe that's how it would be done!!

thats absolute rubbish Martin over the last two years the forums have been Feb, June/July (I say that because the last mid season it slipped to July because that one took some arranging because of the availability of a City Centre venue which the fans had asked for) and October. With availability of rooms, (Fc Voices get it free so we have to fit round bookings) Cities fixtures at the KC, Sky changing our fixtures etc. etc you can't nail it down to a specific date, although dates are set about 5 weeks prior to the events and the events take place every 4 months with three guaranteed every year which is more than any other set of fans get.

We have had forums after losses and others after we have won. Bit unfair that comment I think.
