Just seen on Twitter that Steve hasn't been able to run today as he ate a banana yesterday and the fibre has caused an obstruction in his intestine due to his condition. He's distraught and understandably so.
I hope he can carry on tomorrow.

| Just got back from todays run, 22 hard uphill miles. Fantastic spirit and Prekkie did every inch of the way, as well as having me in his ear for the first 7 miles telling him what a legend and inspiration he is  thinking of joining up again in the morning and doing the last 31 miles, if my legs agree  |
