I think for Hull to kick on, they have to try and fill the spine positions (1,6,7,9,13) with good quality players who arent comming to the end of their careers and players who wont just play for a season or two before moving on. Berrigan was a fantastic signing, but you lack the quality in the other positions.

I like Dobson,but I have said before,Long has nothing to prove over his career.
Yes,he is past his prime,but that doesn`t alter the fact he is quality.

He is still a good player , but all the things he won before count for nothing at Hull , it's winning cups for his current team is what counts now.
