Surely if you believe that agar isn't the coach to take us forward (I'm not saying i don't) then each player can not properly be accessed. Players will play better under a better coach, which I'm sure everyone can agree with. If a good coach can inspire the players to play and make sure they play to their strengths, get the ball in the right positions and coach set plays around those strengths. Then accessing each player under a coach which you believe is poor and has a poor game plan can't be done accurately.
I'm also not saying that our players that are performing to a poor standard is agar's fault. However its the coaches job to do what he can to get the best out of the players in his team. So if everyone believes that a good coach would get more out of the players then agar then accessing them under current circumstances would be incorrect.
