Spoonful of salt, dash of pepper and a bit of oregano in the first wash cycle does the trick

Then slowly bake on gas mark 3 for 3 hours , turning once mid way

the problem might be that people have forgotten how to look after heavy cotton shirts, it's been a while since we've had a replica kit like that.

As Hutchie said (in jest, but he is right) a cup full of salt in the wash will fix the colour, and let it dry naturally.

When I eventually get ours they also wont get washed with any detergetnt first time around.

Trouble there is not many clothes go on that cycle, I suspect many will place with colours at 40c...bit hard work all that
