I mean I know he said he is wearing an eye patch but even so it would still be rather off putting trying to sleep with on eye open.

Tear up his contract and sign somebody else now.

We cant go into next season with our main playmaker not being able to play in direct sunlight. Granted it says it SHOULD get better but if it doesnt we are up the creek once more.

I get the feeling that its over dramatic reporting. If his eye didnt close at all it would be dangerous for him whether its dark or light because its a natural protection to close the eye if a finger is being poken in it for example. Pretty sure too that without blinking he would need eye drops every few minutes so im guessing here that he may have lost the ability to close his eye tight but pretty sure too that he must still be able to blink/close his eye to sleep. (or keep his patch on)

I Hope for his sake that the problem will be sorted but the reality is that if it comes to November 1st and it isnt and therefore cant play in sunlight then he wont pass a Hull medical and they wont complete the signing. Could you imagine having a playmaker who couldnt play in possibly half of your games?
