We can sack and employ all the coaches in the world, we'll still be with half these players here.
I'm not defending Agar here but he is not on his own, every week someone decides to start a thread with Agar out I am sorry but he can't be blamed every week.
Not catching the ball on the full, knocking on from drop outs or not using the overlap properly are very much down to the players. I feel for Agar because whether he was the man or not he has being dealt someone elses .

Maybe your all missing my point here, ok so say we sack Agar tomorrow and sign a new coach. We are still stuck with the same useless feckers that take to the field.
Not even the greatest coach could make this lot play rugby.
As for the guy comparing the situation to a business he manages that is marginally different.
I don't think Agar should be here, for me he is a great guy to have in the background but not in the foreground. However its about time people realise these players ain't good enough and sacking a coach isn't going to change that.

Anyone that thinks that you cannot boo poor performance and should always clap them no matter what is deluded. Are these the same kind of people that give kids everything they want whilst they're growing up and they turn into spoilt brats who cry when they don't get their own way?
I will praise what I think is good, and criticise what I think is bad. If people give constant praise, then what is the point in giving any praise at all? It's all the same thing.
