Instead of cheerleaders use strippers, I know at least 3 blokes who would convert from Rovers to FC if you did that.

Judging by the title of this thread i thought it was going to be about the sports bar not having any bitter on draught, only cans!!

its all very poor, we don't want it to turn into Odsal but its got worse and worse, and being unable to hear the team clearly is criminal. and i imagine the sponsors aren't happy, as having their name read out before the game is one of the big attractions of player sponsorship

theyve had 'cheap' entertainment before that people have enjoyed, like the army/navy guys doing combat moves was alright the other year. Now we get absolutely nothing, and its no wonder theres no atmosphere because people are getting to their seats later and later.

I turn up at the last minute as it makes me cringe to think that people might boo one of our players names as the teams are read out. The only pre-match stuff I would turn up early to see would be the reserve game, but we all know that won't ever happen at the KC.

Complete lack of any prematch stuff is a large part of why going to the KC is turning into a chore. The Club is in the entertainment business and at the moment they are not doing it either on or off the pitch.

Last time I can remember being entertained before the match was Leeds at home last season. An older group of dancers that actually looked as if they knew what they were doing. What has happened since then?

To be fair, I thought those young lasses doing the dancing at half time on Friday night were quite good, much more entertaining than those airlies angels last season..... the choreography (big word eh?) was much better too.

Agreed though, the club has always gone for the cheap options on pre-match / half-time entertainment

we can't boo the players whilst the teams read out anyway, because the woman who announces them shrieks so loudly you can't here who's playing where anyway!
