Whats coaching got to do with picking a team? I'd be crap at coaching but I bet I could pick a good starting 17 for a club   |

I'm not sure you have got me. I'm not saying you dont need coaching. But for example, I bet I could watch a team train, watch a team perform on match day etc, and pick a good team. I would be crap at actually doing the coaching, the tactics, talking to the players etc which is all needed from a headcoach, but I think picking a side can be quite easy |

Well said Key !!! The back row will be probably be the strongest part of our squad next season with a genuine hardman, genuine line breaker, talented LF(two of) and the likes of Burnett and even G Horne as adequate back-up. So why the hell have we gone and handed another year to the one SR forward who, IMO, we could afford to offload.
It makes no sense to me whatsoever.
But then releasing Webster with nobody lined-up to come the other way didn't either ??
If we start with what we have for next season, we will need those rumoured extra two play-off spots because that's where we will be aiming to finish. |
