I agree, he's looked more dangerous at 6 than Reynolds so far.

I like that it was just penalty sufficient after Partingtons high tackle. Don't really think it was a bad one but feel like previously he would have been given a yellow.

Hodgson was questioned after the game about Reynolds returning next week and he said something along the lines of Lovodua has done well "playing out of position". Made it sound like Reynolds would come back in at 6 and Lovodua move to where he signed to play. While he has done well in the halves, we've seen barely anything of him at 9 so I would be happy to see him given a shot.

Every one of his posts tonight has been a moan. Nothing to say about any of our tries.

Challenge cup quarter final is a perfect game for us to get back on the horse before a big derby game.

We look a much quicker team this season and combine that with the power we have in the pack and the experience we have in the control room and we should have a chance of being in the mix this year.

Our back up players also look a lot better and more confident this year. We've been doing it tough with injuries but still putting in the performances.

Fair point. Lovodua gives us many options and thoroughly deserves an extended contract. Reynolds knows he has to deliver if he returns.

Need to start beating the top teams. We haven't defeated Saints, Wigan, Warrington or Catalans in Super League since 2019. Sixteen losses and one draw since we last beat one of them.

Tonight we had the chance to win the game and being honest we should have done but we haven’t quite learned how to see out these type of games.

Thought Fash and Swift worked incredibly hard tonight. Swift has been terrific so far this season IMO - workrate is second to none.

We will be in the mix come the end of the season we look a lot faster in sa lot of things we do but still have the power. Good to see the level of intensity doesn't drop now when ligi and big Chris go off , thought brown was very good tonight. If we can get gale Connor and Reynolds to play games together, Joey and Houghton to share the number 9 role we're going to be tough to beat
