Less game time for Tickle is the answer for him i think (40 mins rather than 80 will allow him to give more) and some work to stop giving away silly penalties.

less game time is also the answer for Manu IMO too as he should play two 20s off the bench. Injuries too meant that he had to play 70 mins some weeks which lead to his incosistencies partly.

Less game time is essential for Tickle. Pretty sure he played alot of last season busted up because he was our kicker.

I'm not sure you have got me. I'm not saying you dont need coaching. But for example, I bet I could watch a team train, watch a team perform on match day etc, and pick a good team. I would be crap at actually doing the coaching, the tactics, talking to the players etc which is all needed from a headcoach, but I think picking a side can be quite easy
