So,since you have had the NRL reject...what have you won...nothing..same as us without the all conquering Dobson.Maybe we ballsed up by not signing him but you offerd the money.Every player wants to test himself in the best league and that is the Aussie league and Dobson couldnt hack it.As for replacing with Better...Wigan replaced him with Leuluai,who is way better than Dobson,Catalan doesnt count really as he was only there for a short stint. |

Neither club has troubled a major final in recent years, clearly you have to go back decades for Rovers, 4 years for us.
Neither club look like "challenging" right now.
Next year wil be your 7th in SL. Catalans delivered more in their early years.
Dobson, as Brian Noble confirmed, was paid a "whole chocolate factory" by Rovers as opposed to the bar Wigan were offering him at the time. For this gargantuan salary, he's delivered well, but is empty-handed trophy-wise. Not so TL.
Since you are now happy to be discussing both teams, which do you think will enter 2013 with the stronger squad? |

Hull FC OFC but thankfully the game's not won and lost on paper. You can argue every season we've being in SL you've probably had on paper a better squad then ourselves, 2013 more so as we now appear to be cutting back heavily on our spending. |
