1) Houghton is on paternity leave.
2) See point 1
3) Lineham is the dream team winger and our best back. Lancaster is a 17 year old kid with 3 games under his belt. Simply scoring tries doesn't equate to great form, he isn't as good as Lineham under a kick and doesn't offer nearly as much when carrying the ball. Oh, and I almost forgot, LANCASTER IS INJURED.

He's hardly going to be away from the child for more than 3 days tops, I'm sure his missus could cope just like all other mothers in the real world do when their partners are 'working'...
In an important game like this, one were the difference Houghton would have brought could have won us the game (as has been ssaid numerous times) he should have said yeah I'll play..it's this crud soft d attitude that is why we are in the quagmire that we are..He'll have half of September & all of October, November, December to be at home..
