Watched the players pre match warm up . Much more focus and intent than we’ve seen for a long time.
Whatever the issues have been it looks like they’re now playing with a togetherness.
A good vocal crowd too.
Shades of the old boulevard atmosphere.
Really looking forward to summer rugby with Hoy Truman Clifford pulling the strings.

Couldn't watch it back on planner as I've cancelled sky for a cheaper alternative.  |

They was a case for an 8 point try. He slid in with his foot to try stop clifford from grounding it.

Just seen it . Definitely might be locked at by the tribunal. Went in studs first as Clifford was grounding the ball. Easily have damaged his hand. Thought they might have had a word in the refs ear to take a look at it ?

I don’t know about sliding in it looked more like he was also trying to kick the the ball out of Clifford’s hand which you’d think would constitute dangerous play. |

you mean like i said that Hoy was disappointing and i had seen more from Litten in a 20 minute stint at full back than Hoy.
Your wig flew off in rage but whats your opinion now?
I am a fan of Chris Satae but his defence tonight was poor.The game is also about defending and his defensive effort wasnt there. |

Think the FB position is Littens to lose, on current form Hoy has to bide his time to get back at in at 1. Though that’s fir Smith to manage in terms of what’s best for the team and a young player.
Really struggle to understand what we do so differently to the opposing teams when it comes to 6 agains ![]()
It was a deseved and well earned win particularly as we are carrying three or four players who would not get anywhere near a place in most other S/L teams.

What a win and I said if we keep Wigan to 16 points or less then we win regardless !
That win was just what we needed and yes we can 100% secure league safety at Wakey next week then beat Cas in the Cup
Clifford was class and Mint was super
Lane - mentioned many times in this thread - made 1 metre in the 2nd half
Missed tackles on 8 mins and late in first half - the 8th minute miss alarmed me greatly as well as the lack of metres in the 2nd half
Why can’t we coach him to perform better ?
