As several fans have pointed out we are short of an aggressive front row and with the exception of Shaul and Lineham the slowest back line in Super league.
Ellis and Mini are up there with the best but Westerman looks to be overweight and off the pace which is disappointing.
Its a bit scary when the coach has to recall Howarth from Doncaster.
Whats next for Pearson? Well he has dug a deep hole for himself with his public backing of Radford if it all goes pear shaped.

August 2013. Coincidentally, it was right after the run of 5 league losses that Pearson said made his mind up about getting rid of Gentle.

We've actually only managed even 2 consecutive wins on one occasion since (competitive games).

simon moran spent a huge amount at wire in every aspect of the club except coaching and it got him the square root of feck all. He spends big on a proven coach and all of a sudden they have 3 CC wins, a league leaders shield and 2 GF appearances. It's not rocket science. You won't win anything without a good coach in place. I've said all along that appointing yet another untried coach was too much of a risk for the club in the situation we were in.

I agree,your post says it all about both clubs.

A supporter from another club summed it up pre-season about both clubs - we both go out and spend the full cap bringing in decent quality, we both have a large fan base, we both play in decent stadiums (might be pushing it with Craven park but it is much improved) then its like we have no money left for a coach so go scraping down the back of the sofa and find a few old boiled sweets and a couple of coppers - that then gets you Radford and Chester

Radford got shot of miller due to the fact that he didnt have time to develop him, he needed wins and instant success , as his job could be on the line otherwise, and anyone who thinks otherwise is kidding themselves, miller will be a top player in my opinion,

Radford couldn't afford to give Miller more time and Pearson may not be able to afford to give Radford more time. Quite ironic really.

How about trying to get John Kear back, working with Radders?

Did these people not watch the 2nd half of Wakey v Saints? They saw the ONE AND ONLY decent thing he did all game and big him up as the next JT.
Miller, despite me desperately wanting him to be, wasn't, never was, nor will he ever be a top HB. He's at Wakey for a reason!

What's next is he carries on and sees through his plan of action, as anything else would be complete lunacy and a sign of real panic & weakness.

Could it be they are both benefitting from good coaching ?
