Usually when hudge has a dig at hull I call him all the names under the sun, but this time he has spoken complete sense. And whether he meant it as a dig or not I hope our club take note and make him eat his words in the next few years.

I've not read the full article but even when he's sort of admitting that he's focussed too much on "knocking over" FC he's also saying that he's now looking beyond that. Almost implying that we don't really matter any more and that he's got bigger targets which to me really hits home. I don't like him because he's KR , he's abrasive and he's an ambulance chaser to boot but you can't knock the guys single minded , heart on sleeve passion for his club and sometimes wish we had a bit of that.

The money he's got from allam will allow rovers to operate at full cap for the next 2 or 3 years and probably offer cut price tickets tgo try and build up teh support base. The hope is that the new stand will increase average attendances to 10k which will alllow them to operate at pretty much break even spending to teh full salary cap

I hope it does! Hull fans should be grateful to Hudge for saying it how it is, the Hull Board are an arrogant set of individuals who think they are untouchable.
