| Also, while sat in the east stand it was apparent that the team had given up early in the first half. A couple of them still have the enthusiasm to try things but we aren't a team with any belief.
Also, I could see Pearson from the seat I was in. He had his head in his hands and arms crossed all night. Hope he sees sense. I'd coach them better than Lee...in fact, my mum would!

| 5 tries against 4 teams at home
Disgraceful
That alone should be a good enough reason for radford to get the boot
Yet it's always someone else's fault
So out of his depth it's beyond a joke
adam pearson is risking s he'll of a lot on him, season pass sales will take a big dive if radford is still coach next season

That's my attitude too and 3 of my mates. Fed up if being bored to tears and now unfortunately the only way Pearson and perhaps Radford will take note of how disillusioned the fans are, are if crowds drastically fall off not a pleasant way to effect change but for me I feel the only viable option left.
Cue the onslaught from the true fans.
Oh forgot they're not posting tonight because not even they can put a positive spin on this 5h1t or have a go at any other fans now because they know the majority of us are right.

Don't just blame Sneyd at least he tried. You havnt mentioned Pryce.Maybe you forgot he was on the pitch.
If anyone wants binning on that display for next week its Pryce.
Lets hope Radford is big enough to do the right thing with Pryce and Yeaman.
For the Salford game I would definitely play Abdul at 13 and Rankin to partner Sneyd.Michaels back to centre and Naughton back on the wing

I know we all like to think we know it all, and in reality we all know very little and would just be rabbits in the headlights if we were put in charge. But there are things we are doing (or not doing as the case may be), that you learn at schoolboy level, and I think to myself, can Radford really not see this for himself. Rather than his usual rubbish about commitment etc I'd like to see him talk about the way we plan our sets and how the ball carrier needs to run straight lines and commit defenders in order to create space for the wide men. It seems that we don't understand this basic concept, surely as a proffesional player Radford can see it?

| Quote: Mr. Zucchini Head "You've pretty much hit the nail on the head.
If every single player put in so much effort that they all died of exhaustion at the final whistle, we would still be useless.
That's because it's nothing to do with effort. It's our lack of structure, brains, support play, kicking game, adventurousness and speed. I can't comment too much on tonight because I've not seen it. But based on what I have seen this year I can honestly say I've seen better, more structured attacking play whilst having a kick about in east park.'"
Absolutely spot on. Been saying the same for weeks now. As my son said tonight after the game , we are going backwards. Too much one man rugby and the passing along the line to the wing is too slow and not sucking the opposition in to create the overlap. This is all down to coaching. Time the play book was torn up, it's not working for Doncaster either, and new ideas brought to the team via a new coach. I've wanted Radford to succeed , but we need a change to make sure we don't go down into the championship never mind get into to the top eight. I believe the team is capable of better than the rubbish served up tonight.

That takes some doing. Having your head in your hands whilst your arms are crossed.
Just trying to raise a smile on this depressing night.

| Promise I won't go off on one of my long-winded 'culture' rants like last time, but just a brief one on the theme...
Callum Lancaster comes in to cover injuries, plays excellently in a tough away game, scores twice, hasn't played since.
Jordan Rankin comes in to cover injuries, plays decently, dropped as soon as everybody is fit again.
Curtis Naughton....
As a coach, even if you think you have a best team on paper, and that team has the best chance of winning that match (and given the way Yeaman et al are playing it's difficult to see why he thinks that way) it's more damaging in the long term to do what he's doing, dropping players who've stuck their hand up and played well in order to shoe horn regulars/favourites back in. It fosters an attitude among the chosen few that they don't really have to try for their place, while making the others wonder what the point of bothering is.
And that's without going into the logic of we can't have Rankin on the bench because it's a waste of an interchange, but we can have 3 hookers and use Howarth (who is bang average) for just 15 minutes.
Mediocre player, dreadful captain, appalling coach.

Pearson is so out of touch it's damaging our club not just in the short term but the long term too.'"
There shouldn't be anyone on this board now who is still supporting Radford as a coach. If a coach has any ability you should be able to see improvement in areas that need to be worked on the field. Our attacking deficiency since last season under Radford has shown no improvement at all.No team can keep defending and not scoring points.
I like Adam Pearson but he has got it so wrong with Radford.
The last 3 wins were simply painting over the cracks.
Boy are we a boring team to watch.
