Still don't buy the Bateman and Whitehead ones. I don't see how we could have paid a fee without new owners being in place. Deal with Bateman is agreed but I understood it was dependant on the Bulls outcome.

Still not convinced on Chase, Bulls players now don't need to leave, don't see us getting Amor and Johnson and Taylor is hard due to Hudgell.

I hope we wasn't relying on the Bradford situation for a couple of contracted players.

We did it a few ago with wakey and Solomona and it didn't work, saying that I think the fact that we missed out on him, meant we signed Manu who has been a much better player.

Firstly Kyle is on a duel contract with Leeds and Wakefield he needs to choose who he is going to play for, He makes a decision at the end of the season, If he goes back to Leeds then its not inconcievable that Leeds will sell him to HUll and perhaps the same for Wakefield however that would be unlikely, hes contracted for another couple of years to both clubs. Not saying it wont happen but these as the facts at the moment. Looks like it would be another tranfer fee or player swap with Leeds or Wakeey if it comes off.

Reading the above I have to say personally I don't think there will be 7 announcements on Tuesday more likely two a week for the next 4 weeks or so. I think it will be all part of the season ticket announcements. Pearson said no announcemenst would be made until after Tuesday 4th not that they will all be announced then!

Pearson said weeks ago that we had 7 players signed so I'd assume the likes of chase, taylor, abateman, whitehead etc. are above and beyond those 7

Makes sense, Builds a bit of hype.. and more Importantly gives the Club a little more time to finalise a few details with 3rd parties / other clubs etc..

As we saw in the football transfer window last night a lot of players and teams simply held on knowing a deadline was there and the signing club would eventially buckle in the rush to get their man, often paying over the odds... We shouldn't give ourselves more pressure to simply make an announcment to the Faithful......

I was told yesterday Chase has hit another stumbling block (reading beteween the lines I think its Cas not ukba) however an overseas halfback has become available and they're sounding him out.

You've got to question can Castleford afford to keep Rangi??? They are signing players and there CEO has gone public saying they are skint saying the fans need to get behind them.

Wouldn't a new club have to go down the same long windy road as we have.

If above are confirmed 99% on here will be over the moon and I will be certainly one of them. Johnson and Elima would be great additions in a vastly changing squad but I think the greatest improvement is the setup and mentality Gentle and AP are trying to imply.

Surely with the signings already made and ones being touted we will be a vastly improved outfit next year but also in the future.

I still can't see anyone buying Bradford if its best players were already on their way.

I noticed its not confirmed they will be in SL next year, this is from a news article today:

"Solly confirmed that Bradford would enter a mini round of licensing, most likely featuring leading Championship clubs Featherstone, Leigh and Halifax, to determine whether they would be allowed to see out the remaining two years on their current licence.
