So your claim that he is "arrogant" and has "spat his dummy out" is based on just watching him at games? You haven't actually met him?

a few times actually, only twice directly and others through functions. He does come across as arrogant in the main but so are most aussies i've met, he has spat his dummy out about what exactly i don't know. What i do know is he IS injured at the moment. But my main point was that given the choice between berro and orford at the moment with things as they are and our current squad i would chose orford in a heartbeat.

There will be many claims to have met him, very few being genuine.

Every great sportsman has a degree of arrogance; Michael Shumacher, Tiger Woods, Ronnie O'Sullivan. Very rare someone reaches greatness without being an arrogant pr1c k some of the time.

Exactly !!! Commitment, leadership, attitude, work-rate, and just sheer all-round class in every department. I expected more from Berrigan with his high profile but cannot help but compare him with Swainey and, for me, there is no comparison.
