Well if it's a scheme that forces us to put £60 down 7 months before the next season starts, then sign up for passes 6 months before the season starts, you'll have to wait until next year. As it is, we normally get until 31st December to sign up for passes at the discounted rate, ie 6 weeks before the season starts rather than 6 months.

a couple of years ago they might have got away with doing a 'platinum' or 'gold' season ticket which allowed you cup and playoff tickets before anyone else. But the queues hardly circle the stadium for floodlit 9's tickets!

Lost the argument. It's Ok quoting "5000" in every post but the fact remains that most of those have been browbeaten into this because of the limited size of Caravan Park.

And that majority are not happy Club members - in fact the resentful chuntering has started already.

And no, I wouldn't join a scheme "like this", ie the Rovers one, because it's a rip-off with a milk-skin thin veneer on top.

I may consider joining a Hull FC scheme depending the terms of the scheme and the benefits to me. But if that involved being blackmailed into parting with money to keep my seat, then I would be wondering why I'm loyal to a club that wants to rip me off and shoves 2 fingers up at the commitment and thousands of pounds I've already poured into their coffers over the last 30 years.

Instead of coming clean and saying "bugger me, we're skint, giz some dosh guys", they PAY a bunch of marketeers (I do wonder if there may just be some directorial connection), to come up with a plan that basically updates DAZ & OMO coupons and the fans' pay for the privilege.

freebie Juniors and school children that wont even want a pass.surely they would off spouted the 5,000 season passes sold if this was not the case. They are quoting these figures to worry those fans that have not bought mug rovers cards yet. But then why would they worry when on the biggest day in the last 25yr of their history they could still pay on the gate for ALL stands
