| After now being able to watch the game it was again a very good TEAM performance and Grix and the coaching staff have certainly made inroads in to fitness, concentration, consistency and discipline since Smiths departure.
I know it was only his first game but for all the doubts of signing Vuniyayawa for the remainder of the season i thought he had a great game.
In regards to Aydin we’ve certainly had Rovers pants down and spanked both cheeks swapping him for Brown. Thought that was his best performance since joining at LF.
Litten again another impressive showing and the likes of Balmforth, Charles & Martin getting better each week.
I admit I’ve been critical of Trueman but thought his performance was a big improvement on recent showings.
Thought Walker was outstanding and showed what a threat he is and solid defensively. With the likes of Walker, Moy & Litten I’d question whether we really need to go looking for a quota fb.
Still think Wigan played their part in us getting the win due to their uncharacteristic errors but we for once took advantage of the errors and many were forced by our effort.
Hopefully that win against the reigning WCC & league leaders will have huge affect on confidence

| Fans have been sick of watching a team putting in no effort and getting hammered on our own patch regularly. They'll come back if things improve. Even though we've only won one of them, the last 3 games have been entertaining (the first 20 against rovers apart) and the crowd have responded and the atmosphere has lifted

66% completion rate, 16 errors tells the tale of Wigans afternoon
Thats a reversal of what our stats have looked like and just shows how difficult it is even for a top team to win games when the completion rate is so poor and the error count so high
Like i said earlier no one has even mentioned how good our discipline was for a change yet it played such a huge part in our win.
Even if we dont play any better keep the discipline in check and we will compete in most of our remaining games

Or, we played very well. Knocked them off their stride, and made them make errors. That would be a positive way to look at it.

Doesn’t suit his agenda though mate.We played well, was aggressive and totally knocked them out of their stride and I think we caught them by surprise and we also nearly had another 3 try’s….Balmforth held up,Aydyin just got grabbed from acting half and no support when King bust through

No surprise, the tip tackle wasn't a bad one and litten's was a grab across the shoulder that went high due to momentum . Looked bad at the time but wasn't much in it when I saw it on replay yesterday

Not our game but I'm amazed Percival hasn't been sighted for his pop at Vaughan

| Fantastic game, back after my four day weekend off, great way to celebrate, massive raps too Grix, Walker fantastic, like a few have said on here prioritise a 7 along with a pacy centre of a decent big prop as our other two quota players, we have Walker, Moy, Litten and Hardaker can all cover one but think if Davy sorts his one on one defence out we have an excellent centre on our hands. Aydin great game definitely got the better deal with that one along with Briscoe. Chamberlain solid and versatile which is what we need, Trueman's best game for us apart from his brain fart before halftime.
Some great kicking form Smith from hooker apart from his brain fart with two minutes to go. Long live the King lol very good first hit out from him. Ligi better in prop or 13 his best position IMO. Balmforth so dangerous from ten out, so great goal line defence on show too, the tackle on Nsemba was fantastic. Great win well done the lads.
