Quite surprised that some people found that performance acceptable TBH.

And we shouldn't have scored when Galea dropped it.

Cas played well, theres no getting away from that. Some people on here are acting like we should be wining every game.

We was poor. No go forward unless ogre was on, no kicking game and we made a very average one man side look good.

We made a complete hash of defending three tries, no question. And yet we would still have won with a half decent goal kicker.

Not Holdsworth's fault alone by any means, but you can't argue with maths.

Cas always seem to make you play stupid football,been like that all the time i have watched rugby.Good game for the neutral but with better goal kicking we would have won.

A loss is never acceptable really.

Understandably disappointing to lose. I'm just saying that while it wasn't a great performance, it wasn't terrible either. We scored some good tries. Cas defenced well, and attacked really well and had a bit of luck as well. We need to look at our goal kicking as obviously that would have made a difference.

Cas played OK. We were poor. Simple facts that will be backed up by the stats.

We were like headless chickens too often in attack, our defence for the three tries they scored in 5 minutes was embarrassingly poor, and we made too many stupid errors.

And for the record, I don't expect us to win every game. That doesn't stop me being able to spot it when we throw one away though.

Jason Crookes was very poor. He needs to improve massively if he wants to claim a starting wing sport next year.

A loss is acceptable when you've played to the best of your ability. That didn't happen tonight. We had some moments of brilliance but on the whole played very, very poorly.

And if Cas had have lost in that last play they'd be able to say that they'd thrown it away.

We weren't great but we certainly wasn't terrible.

The maths that cost us was poor defence that let Cas have too many x4, its not us missing the x2

I thought we missed Whiting of his usual standards full stop. Wasn't too impressed with him tonight, and possibly the game-changing try was largely of Whiting's making with a silly penalty backed up by a weak effort for a missed tackle. They never lost the lead from that point.

EDIT: Also, at the point Whiting left the field we were 8 points behind, the biggest margin of the night.
