I doubt it, with someone like Kear at the helm he will be turning the adversity into a positive, "if this is to be our last season in SL, then lets go out fighting" etc.

Also, the deduction doesn't seem to have affected Crusaders to any huge extent.

TBH you could get fifty but as you say it's not guaranteed. Some teams will hit us on bad days some on good, I suspect that when we are good we will be very good and when we are bad we will be very very bad. That's how it will be I'm afraid.

If to my amazement we won tomorrow I wouldn't think it the start of great things to come, likewise if we get a thumping it wouldn't be the end of the world and I wouldn't brand us as cr*p.

I can see a similar result to the Crusaders game.

hope so, as much as i like teams like wakey we need to put in a really good performance and try and rack up a big score because for some time now dont seem to kill teams of and for a little period against the crusaders that showed

Before you can put teams away there will be periods of armwrestling. I am starting to think it won't be as big a score as against Crusaders, they have King and Jefferies back which will lift them and we have Ogre, Yeaman and Moa out so plus they have the Kear factor.

I will go 32-16 but it will be tight for a while, Wakey showed against Wire last week that they will fight and defended well.

Apart from the two 40/20 kicks, he looked average and ineffective.

I must have been watching a different game as I thought he was distinctly ordinary. He didn't come up with too many of the howlers that were his trademark when he played for Hull, but he should be nowhere near the scrum half position in any SL side. That Wakefield have had to resort to playing him there says a lot about their predicament.

I think this game will be a bit closer than fans think, I believe we should win but it will only be by 12 points max.

agree about the arm wrestle bit we obviously need to get on top and ogre is a massive part of our go forward so an absoulote massive loss and they do have a few players who could challnege us but only if we let them the likes of morrison,king,rinaldi and young paul johnson who i rate very highly are the obvious ones in the pack, thought moa would be alright for tonight?. tonight for me is all about us and what we do that should should be the case for every game but against top sides you obviously have to watch out for certain players and maybe change your style of play ect but we need to put in a good performance and im positive going into tonight with the last 3 or so performances been very good and with long parterning horne and phelps at fullback andd who knows maybe westy at 13 at times with ogre out then i feel we can deffo rack some points up but we need the big guys to be professinal and give us some good go forward and also give wakey some respect as they will be very spirited

Ben Jeffries is back tonight, so your wish may come true - just my opinion but Jeffries certainly is a SL standard half back.
