I posted somewhere that over Easter it's often said that the 3rd game in 9 days ie the one after Easter Monday, is where it gets you. Looking like that's one factor, but doesn't account for a gazillion unforced errors.

I just checked - eight: Faraimo, Fonua, Connor, Houghton, Fash, Lane, Cator, Satae.

So half the team aren't playing their third game in nine days.

I said that to my missus when Wigan player got injured play was stopped when Connor got his knock play carried on.

What it does highlight is that Connor is just not a half back.
When we do eventually have the ball he should be running it.We dont need another Sneyd at half back.

Know we have named Mcmanara, Ferrera etc in the squad recently and Wynne is of course out there now, but it doesnt feel like we have potential internationals in the ranks. A lot of our 'young' players are ones who were given a run out in Sydney 2.5 years ago and havent progressed.

Shaul is our last home grown international and he made his debut 7 years ago now. How many of this Wigan side are off their production line of young players?

Club still needs a big shakeup. I will give Last some credit for shaking the team up a bit in recent weeks but we need a strong Head Coach who can transform the culture. Like Holbrook did for Saints.

That was such a simple play by Wigan but they do it with such pace and precision on each pass that Farrell was able to go over untouched. Id kill to see us move the ball that fast.
