Quote: MorningGlory23 "Wow, people need to give their head a shake on here, so over the top, I can understand people not thinking it’s a good idea, fine, don’t go, but honestly, how long can people, companies, clubs survive if we don’t take some risks. The talk of a 10 mile queue or whatever are just ridiculous, we already queue to get in, how does that even need to change, wear a mask if need be, the club will already have the details of fans! Going to the toilet!!! Just go as normal, why does a full row need to move, or you planning on coughing spluttering over everyone as you walk past. Sensible measures, people spaced out around the ground is easily doable, make it 5k to start with if people are that worried, going in the pub today with the family didn’t seem that much of an ordeal, don’t see why watching a game of rugby needs to be either'"

you really have no concept of social responsibility, as i say, if you can risk your life, and that of anyone else, for a game of rugby, then be my guest. Just please don't use the NHS when you need them, a CALCULATED NECESSARY AMD PROPORTIONATE risk is one thing, imagine if you had flown to Spain on holiday, only to find 14 days self isolating is required now?

You seem to think you are personally bullet proof to Covid, 50,000 people's families would disagree.

All for a game of rugby...

You haven't answered the key point, one person, that is ONE person tests positive, do 8,000 isolate?

Oh dear, when have I said I’m bulletproof to covid. Of course I’ll call NHS if I need it, I’ve paid taxes my whole adult life to use it. It’s all about risk factor, and at this moment in time, I think the risk is pretty low, as long as people follow rules and are sensible, things need to get turning again, including people at sporting events, even its a low number of fans, waiting for a vaccine or until it just disappears! His economical suicide, may as well just fold the club now. To answer your question. One person test positive, that person and whoever he was with isolate, the chances of that person passing it to anyone outside is group within the stadium will be very low risk, you could notify people in the block that person was sat in to get tested, you could easily manage per block

so, season pass holders buy tickets online?

you can't even buy tickets online in a normal season.

We just have to agree to disagree I guess, you have a very odd view of Covid and the risks, but that is just my opinion.

I don’t think my views are odd at all, how would you suggest the country, Hull moves forward, bearing in mind schools with be back to full opening in September, would you prefer Hull fc to fold than even attempt to get fans back in the stadium. Covid is serious life and death scary stuff, But carrying on like the last 4 months, no thank you, like I’ve said this disease is going no where, so we all need to make a personal choice of what risks to take, and a lot of people are obviously not in as wealthy position as you to do nothing

So you have no idea? It’s not just a game of rugby, it’s life in general.
Well if your not wealthy, then probably rely on benefits, then in which case, staying home doesn’t really change much, plus you’ve been getting an extra 20 a week, bonus!

So, you haven't read any of those articles?
As has been said, you resort to insults when you can't have a sensible conversation.

Yeh I’ve read, it’s all over the news 24/7, it’s scary. I was asking you your opinion what we should do moving forward, and wondering what your situation was, that you’d be ok just staying in lockdown for the foreseeable future. 2 main reasons would be, your loaded or was on benefits before the pandemic hit, so doesn’t make a difference. The people in neither of them categories need the economy to get moving again, which includes our sporting loves

The economy does need to move, that does not mean thousands of people congregating for a sport, especially when it can be watched on TV. Do you not think Liverpool would have found a way to put 18,000 in the stadium when they lifted the PL trophy?

You have a very jaundiced view of the world, which isn't unexpected (and I doubt very much you read even one of those articles)
