| Can we get back to discussing the Abdull transfer request and quit the sniping at each other for daring to have a different opinion to yourselves. Leave out the name calling too please. Cheers!

| Completely hypothetically, what would you make of a swap for Liam Sutcliffe?

sutcliffe reminds me a lot of keinhorst. Both talked up by the sky mob and both less than average. I'd take jack walker as they have 2 full backs anyway

| Quote: Bombed Out "You are entitled to your opinion granted, but it is only your opinion and just because other posters don't agree with you it doesn't make them any less valid nor does it make you a realistic fan.
I am not happy with Hull's performances and think the problem runs deeper then playing personnel available and for me the buck stops with the coach, whether that be fair or unfair, he's the leader of this group and clearly something has developed and is very wrong.
Do I want a change of coach, probably yes, a new face, fresh ideas and hopefully a unity within the squad.
Do I think that'll happen, no.
Is my opinion any less valid than yours, does this mean I'm not being realistic?
I'll still be there Friday and pass will be renewed for next season.
Does this mean I'm less of a fan than those so called happy clappers? no.
Just fans with opposing views.
I do notice that the so called happy clappers are the only group that decry other supporters however.'"
Realistic fan implies that my views really don’t count when Adam Pearson or anyone else owns the club. Would you as an owner take any notice seriously of a forum? Please tell me where I have been disrespectful of an opposing viewpoint or indeed desparaged any posters. I was one of the few who defended Bumpy and views totally polar opposite of mine. Healthy debate moves things forward but constant negativity does not. Certain posters are more than guilty of this. Just my opinion

| Abdull is basically Jamie Ellis.

Maybe he should move to Cas then and play in a better team.

It’s funny that because they both played in the same team last year and were completely different

I didn't think kr fans were overly thrilled with Ellis? I could tolerate him not being a dominant half back and struggling when Gale is out, but it's his tin pot defence when he's built like a brick S house that riles me.
Abdull has had a reasonable chance with Kelly and sneyd out injured and I appreciate hulls pack has fallen off a cliff but from what I've seen the half backs haven't exactly sparkled either.

| According to his agent he wont be able to leave unless a fee is paid to FC. Will there be any club out there willing to pay a fee for him?

Won't be a massive asking price, I'm sure we'd find someone. He's a decent player just clearly not happy at Hull.

To some extent, it's a game of chicken.
Can JA face a year of 'development' at Doncaster? His agent has floated the possibility of him seeing out his contract if needs be. Can Hull stand paying him a year's wage to do that, then losing him for nowt anyway? I doubt he's on a massive wage so it might not spite their face all that much.
However, it's clearly better for both parties to move on, and I'm pretty sure that'll push a deal over the line. A modest fee can remain undisclosed, if that saves blushes. A player swap might be an option

| JA is a bit of enigma in the fact he has talent and potential but fails to deliver when the opportunity is there to take for him. With the loss of Sneyd, Kelly & Connor, Abdull has had a massive opportunity to shine and show his potential even with a poorly performing team. The fact he hasn't for me is quite telling as to whether he can or can't cut it at SL level.

I have some sympathy for him in that he's come back from injury into an appalling side. That said he's hardly raised his game and shone amongst all the crap.

This, and I also feel that in his mind, he would be thinking that even if he did have a great performance/s that he would still be down in the pecking order.
