I never mentioned Thompson. I would be tempted with a Wembley bench of Pritchard, Bowden, Hadley and Washbrook. Taylor and Watts can do decent minutes and Ellis can spell at prop too

| Didnt't think we were great,Widnes were poor, think its glaringly obvious that we need a running Half with pace, hopefully Adam and Radders are on with it.

Certainly not the greatest team we have played this season, but they are a really threat ball in hand at times. They certainly know how to move the ball around and at speed. Also true to say they had quite a few injuries, but there was still a good amount of quality in that team. What is most pleasing is that we out muscled them out of the game, defended well, and we broke their line several times, out kicked them (even without out first choice kicker) and took our chances. The game ran out of steam a little, which is understandable, it's been an energy sapping few weeks and there was no need to go 100% in the final quarter.
Personally I think we made a pretty decent team look ordinary. Fair play to the lads for that.

| What is the situation with Michaels? How come he has to move on due to quota spots, even though we have no overseas player coming in?
If Michaels does leave which seems nailed on. I'd look to move Tuimavave back to left centre, but I only think we will do that if Fonua goes back to the wing instead of Michaels, but I prefer Fonua as a centre and said that even before he played a game for us. With Griffin coming in I think he's definitely got a centre spot so I think it'll line up like this.
Shaul
Talanoa
Griffin
Fonua
Naughton
But I'd be willing to move Fonua back to the wing to get Tuimavave back to left centre.

I'd Keep Fonua at centre I really think he's more effective there. Griffin has played a lot of his career on the wing.
