| Quote: Irregular Hoops "Spot on regarding Carlos.
Think he's a good foil for Sneyd.
Cas turned up with nothing to lose. We put in a Herculean effort last week and it caught up with us tonight.
Onwards and upwards'"
Definitely, great point

| I expected to get beat tonight, but still disappointed, first half was as poor as we have been this year, got totally dominated in attack and defence. Hard to judge anyone indivually as pretty much all were poor, even Micheals and Houghton who are so consistent looked off.
It's how we react, we can't just save it all for Wembley as if we get beat, our season could end up fizzling out which would be a real disappointment.

| Carbon copy of the last time we played them at home.
Dreadful first half on which we concede soft tries that leaves us too much to do in the second.

| Another question as a top 4 side is Thompsom good enough, what does he offer that Hadley doesn't.

| Your result tonight is just more proof of a laughable league structure we are playing to. The sooner the RFL scrap it the better.

He looked good in his first couple of seasona with us, good leg drive and always seemed to poke his nose through the line. Now he seems pretty ineffectual tbh, certainly no better than Hadley.

| I haven't given any credit to Cas thought they were excellent in defence and attack for 60 mins.
Glad we aren't playing them st Wembley.

Granted he was poor tonight, but hes been better than hadley all season imo, and been good up until tonight, hadley offers very little going forward where as thompson usually splits defences, hes got good speed and footwork, which hadley doesnt offer

| Decent comeback but pretty much what I expected. Reckon Radford now knows about 16 of his Wembley 17.

| To those who watched in on TV, what was our first 'try' disallowed for?
Looked OK to me. Won the ball in the air fair and square as far as I could see but the big screen isn't the best definition.

| Quote: Tinkerman23 "I disagree, think we look a much more balanced, better defensive team with carlos at 6 within this squad. And given a bit more time think he will come good, hes got great balance and good speed, just needs to work on his support play from 6. But I do get what your saying and may be proved right. Just think carlos really could be the answer imo'"
Would rather see Pryce at 6 for the remainder of the season.. But wont happen..
We look a better attacking, cohesive team with him there -IMO..

Has he, I can't remember Thompson having one great game all year, Hadley is a better defender and safer with the ball, TBF neither would be in my first choice 17.

| Abdull seriously needs to sort himself out. Only thing he looked capable of tackling in the first half was a kebab.
Dust ourselves down and go again next week.

Carlos was offside at the kick and within 10m of the Cas player who tried to catch it.
