It's not just what you get on the field with Ellis (which is immense), it's what he brings to the club off the field as well. Think he's helped develop the culture of the club for the better.
I feel priveliged to have seen him pull on the black and white shirt.

I haven't seen anything official about him taking a pay cut.
He's a luxury and, possibly, could be blocking womeone else's career next season? |

Can't see how, Radford has shown that young players will get the chance, but it's up to them to impress and stay there, we don't have any other players in the squad that are close to Ellis when fit.
I do agree with some posters that you could argue about him being value for money, is 19/30 games value for money for one of your top earners? |
