You showed an interest in replying to it the first time. You then decided you didn't want to answer it properly.
When you talk about what you say could be classed as bullying, it is entirely relevant to what you posted.
Quote: Jake the Peg "I don't have a "position" on radford being a bully or not as I have no direct evidence either way. Some of his criticism of players in the media has been poor IMO and it does beg the question of how individuals are handled in private if that's how they're dealt with in public'"
That's fine. I'm of a similar opinion, but gut instinct would tell me he isn't as he wouldn't be where he was for as long as he was if he was a bully. His management of the players is poor, but that doesn't make him a bully.
Quote: Jake the Peg "My view is that open criticism of an individual in the media could be be classed as bullying dependent upon the severity and if it was allied to other things. Maybe it would fall more easily into other areas of employment law though. Are you an employment law specialist?'"
It has to be persistent though. Bullying isn't a one off thing, it is a continued act. It would have to be persistent. I don't ever see any coach persistently bagging players in the media, just one off occasions on the rare shambolic performance.
