We've effectively SWAPPED Ellis for Mcgoldrick he's not one of the "6" and in all fairness I do think he offers much more than Ellis, I think it's important we judge him on his performances in a Black and White shirt. We play a total different game. Gentle has clearly seen something in his style of play that he believes will adapt to us greatly.
Everyone goes on about this In Gentle We Trust b0llocks... Well how about we keep trusting him. |

He later tweeted that he is meeting Gentle at lunchtime and said hopefully the injuries may not be as bad as first feared.

As for the Injuries, I think we can both fairly say they will both definitely be out for tomorrow night. Massive blow if you ask me, be nice to let McGoldrick get in there and prove a few of his critics wrong then eh!!! |

The McGoldrick signing sort of makes sence for the remainder of this season, hopefully come pre-season training he will break the strict disciplinary code and will be on his way......
Worst case scenario we've got him till end of next season, hardly the end of the world, and he will be out to prove people wrong. It's a done deal so we may as well get behind him.

I thought Sam did pretty well for us, if Mcgoldrick can do a simalar job then the signing wouldn't be that bad, not confident though.
Roland I hope you are correct and Mcgoldrick isn't one of the six or the halfback we were/are close to signing and is an extra signing. |
