It's clear that Sandercock is primarily here to set up youth structures and he's been seen to be working closely with them. I'm not worried, I'd be worried if there was an exodus of players that were seen as valuable to the fans.

1) Gentle's been here 7 months. To suggest he's made no impact whatsoever is a bit silly.
2) Welham was on the brink of international selection having been nurtured through by the astute Justin Morgan. Has he demonstrated the natural progression under Sandercock you say we should expect?
3) We all hope players will work hard and improve. Some clubs employ a coach specifically to aid his process.

Welham HAS always been a crap tackler at Superleague level, Fox declined from International status to a turnstile/error machine under JM, your argument is flawed. The defence at Rovers was poor under Morgan, It's worse under Sandercock but that's because he has changed the structures, the new structures depend on good 1v1 tackling which under JM, our players seem to have forgotten how to execute.
