i dont hate or dislike the man,i just know that if he continues as coach we will see the same style of rugby and the same league position and same general depression around the club...so lets just say thanks for your efforts,good luck and goodbye..

Unnecessarily harsh IMO. We, the club, have elected to legally contract his services for almost 5 seasons in total, from May 2008 to November 2012. He's on good money and works hard. If he's not up to delivering the goods, the club should not have renewed his contract last April. In his position, with alternative employment at a large club on good money unlikely to be available, I'd be doing exactly what he is doing, ie continuing to work hard and citing any excuse possible as mitigating factors to underdelivery on the pitch - referees, injuries, 5 day turnarounds, travelling to Edinburgh etc. The feck-ups are ours in in a) extending in his contract and b) not rectifying a). It's resulted in the ridiculous scenario of the club's supporters, having not witnessed a play-off win since 2007, hoping we don't achieve it this season so we can hasten a regime change.

I don't hate him. I don't even know him FFS. I hate what he's done to the club, and I get angry with him, but anyone who genuinely [ihates[/i him needs to get a grip IMO.

What lies has he told BTW? And I mean genuine falsehoods, not numpty pronouncements, flannel, and general stuff you may disagree with?

How do you know he works hard ? I mean the guy has already stated that he doesn't prepare for individual teams and leaves all of the video work to Andy Last.

He appears to be an average chap the problem is he is failing at his job and needs to be replaced, if he is ...I would genuinely wish him luck for the future.

Fair enough, but we hear a lot from Smailes/Murdock etc about how hard he works - maybe they're not that objective, but of all the criticism levelled at him, I've not heard about him sitting at home watching Die Hard 2 in his underpants and eating pickled onion Monster Munch when he should be at training.

If anybody's feelings are genuine hatred then it says more about them imo. Richard Agar is a human being trying to do a job, whether he's up to that job is another thing but to think people hate him because despite trying he's not good enough is a bit OTT for me.

I do not hate the man and I suspect most fans have a similar opinion. He is however, as you rightly stated not good enough. He has in my view upset a lot of supporters over the past few years, in one way or another and many have had enough and the thought that he maybe in charge next season is hard to digest.

Sad when agar is turning away supporters like this. Maybe you should write a personal letter to AP

I don't hate him. he's just a truly shiite coach and should feck off ASAP

I just have this constant sinking feeling about the club now
